Booking SoFEM

Once you’ve decided to get SoFEM as your wedding coordinator:

  1. Fill out the Client Information Sheet – www.sofemph.wordpress.com/cis
  2. Send us a PM through our FB Page that you’ve filled out the form already
  3. A SoFEM Coordinator will email you with the draft contract for your review.
  4. Book your date by securing the initial downpayment:
    OTD – P3,000.00
    Partial/Full – P5,000.00Balance:
    OTD – Remaining Balance to be paid on the day of the weddingPartial/Full –
    • 50% of the Service Contract Balance + OOTF (if applicable) to be paid on the day of the wedding
    • Remaining Balance for installment to be paid before the wedding

  6. Fill out the payment verification form here: Payment Verification
  7. Send an email to sofem.finance@gmail.com with the:
      • proof of payment
      • signed contract,
      • and the following details:

        SUBJECT: Payment for *Bride & Groom’s Name* *Wedding Date*

    • You will receive an email with your access to your Google Drive folder.
    • Acknowledgment Receipt to be uploaded in your Google Drive Folder.
